  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience of tools such as Power BI
  • Strong experience delivering analytical work, including trend analysis, demand modelling and identifying service drivers
  • SQL skills, with the ability to understand code and extract data
  • Good understanding of data governance and regulatory requirements relating to data

  • A naturally inquisitive mindset and interest in data, technology and predictive analytics
  • Understanding of the housing sector and the regulatory and legislative frameworks within which we operate

What we can offer you:

  • 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 31 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period
  • Option to join our contributory pension scheme
  • Access to a dedicated Employee Healthcare Portal
  • Eye care vouchers and a cycle to work scheme
