Here at William Street, rated ‘Good’ by CQC, we offer community access such as visits to cafes and lunches out, day trips, bingo, exercise classes in the local community centre and internal exercise sessions.
We support up to 6 individuals, both males and females, with everyday support including personal care, meal time support, medicine administration, managing finances and budgeting, specified SALT recommended diets, supermarket shopping and special visits.

- Provide personal care and support to up to six service users, ensuring dignity and respect.
