We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Change Partner to join our team.

This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about continuous improvement and wants to make a real difference to both colleagues and customers. If you enjoy working collaboratively, influencing change, and being part of a supportive and growing team, we’d love to hear from you.

Day in the life of a Change Partner

As part of our Change and PMO team, you’ll play a key role in enabling and delivering our systems‑thinking approach to improvement.

Working in partnership with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—supporting teams to identify opportunities, apply improvement methodologies, and continuously enhance services.

You will:

  • Partner with either our Investment & Growth or Customer Experience teams to drive improvement
  • Advise on improvement methodologies and lead practical delivery activity
  • Facilitate workshops, including customer journey mapping and service reviews
  • Act as a “critical friend”, offering constructive challenge and independent insight
  • Support operational teams to identify and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with Change and PMO colleagues to connect work into wider programmes
  • Move confidently between strategic thinking and detailed analysis to improve outcomes

What we are looking for

We’re seeking someone who combines strong delivery experience with curiosity, influence, and a passion for doing things better.

You’ll bring:

  • A strong track record of delivering change initiatives and building engagement across teams
  • Experience leading improvement work (e.g. service reviews, process or technical improvements)
  • Experience delivering change in a regulated environment
  • The ability to think strategically while also working at a detailed level
  • Strong critical thinking and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
  • Proven ability to influence and persuade at all levels, including senior stakeholders
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and question the status quo
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis

What we can offer you

We can offer 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 31 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period. We also offer the option to join our contributory pension scheme, access to a dedicated Employee Healthcare Portal, eye care vouchers and a cycle to work scheme. Please see our HPG Benefits page for more information.
