We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our team. We’re looking for a passionate and driven professional who brings our values to life and is committed to delivering outstanding services for our customers. As a key member of the Group’s wider leadership team, you will play an integral role in designing and delivering our systems-thinking approach to continuous improvement. You’ll lead a high-performing team that partners with the wider business, acting as trusted advisors to drive meaningful change.

You will:

  • Champion our Improve It value through a structured improvement methodology
  • Lead cross-functional service and process reviews
  • Work closely with PMO and Programme teams to ensure alignment and clarity of dependencies
  • Foster collaboration across the organisation, breaking down silos and enabling a ‘one team’ mindset

We’re seeking someone who is strategic, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering organisation-wide improvement approaches
  • A strong track record of leading successful change initiatives and building engagement across teams
  • Experience delivering change within a regulated environment
