Are you seeking a new challenge as a Care and Support Worker that allows you the opportunity to demonstrate a caring and compassionate nature, delivering excellent care and support services? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Ashwood,ShireLiving service, offers people over the age of 55 a home for life where they can live independently within one of our apartments, with the additional reassurance that our team are on-site for 24 hours a day offering safety and security for all of our tenants who all have varying needs. Our vibrant communities within ShireLiving thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Together, we create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

Our team of Care and Support Workers also support our tenants with social activities and events like bingo, live music, active gardening club, indoor bowling, craft activities, breakfast, lunches and snacks. When required, Care and Support Workers also support our tenants with personal care, shopping, cleaning, laundry, socialisation, medication management and meal preparation.

Joining our team at Ashwood will mean that you as a Care and Support Worker you will play a vital role in promoting and enabling inclusivity, individuality and independence through respectfully supporting our tenants who lead active lives exploring their interests.

Care and Support Workers must also demonstrate the following values and behaviours:
