About Hazelwood: Hazelwood is our brand-new scheme where we have 71 apartments housing tenants with varying needs. Joining our team at Hazelwood will mean that you will play a vital role in promoting and enabling inclusivity, individuality and independence through respectfully supporting our tenants who lead active lives exploring their interests.
