The Role
We’re looking for an energetic Mid Weight/Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. You’ll have the chance to take the lead on your own client projects, working closely with our Creative Director and the wider team to deliver standout creative work.
This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who loves collaborating in a close-knit team but who can also take ownership and drive their own creative work forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Design across branding, websites, digital marketing and print
- Work directly with clients, pitching ideas and explaining your design thinking with confidence
- Balance creativity with excellent time management to deliver projects on schedule
- Produce work with a strong focus on layout, typography and core design principles
- Bring fresh ideas, take initiative and manage projects independently
- Contribute to a great team atmosphere, bringing an open mind and fun character
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in a graphic design role, either in-house or agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, web, print and digital marketing design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Skilled in Adobe XD with solid experience in website design and prototyping
- Excellent people skills, with confidence presenting and explaining design concepts
- Great eye for detail, with a love of layout, typography and design fundamentals
- A self-starter with strong motivation and the ability to manage your own workload
- A clear communicator who enjoys working as part of a small team
