Key Responsibilities as SEO Expert : As an SEO Expert at WOW, you will be responsible for: Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify organic growth opportunities and increase search visibility. On-Page Optimization: Optimizing website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings. Technical SEO: Identifying and resolving technical issues that may hinder search engine crawlers, such as broken links, crawl errors, and page speed optimization. Content Strategy: Collaborating with content creators to develop and implement an effective content strategy that aligns with SEO goals. Backlink Analysis and Outreach: Evaluating and building high-quality backlinks through outreach and link-building strategies. SEO Reporting: Generating regular reports to track and communicate progress, using analytics tools to measure and improve SEO performance. Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: Proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of improving organic search rankings. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush , Moz, or similar. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices. A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving SEO landscape.
