Job – Accountants Responsibilities:

1. Annual Returns Filing: Manage and oversee the timely and accurate filing of yearly returns for our UK company, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
2. Accounts Preparation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
3. Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and deadlines, including VAT returns and corporation tax filings.
4. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
5. Audit Preparation: Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the preparation for annual audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available.

Accountancy Requirements:

• Proven experience as an in the field, preferably with expertise in company financial management.
• In-depth knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA are advantageous.
