What will you be doing?

We\’re looking for an experienced volunteer to help grow the impact of the Workstyle Revolution by identifying and engaging new partner organisations for our Workstyle Pioneers programme. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in partnership development, business development, stakeholder engagement, or communications, ideally with at least three years\’ professional experience in one or more of these skill areas.

Your expertise will help us build meaningful partnerships with forward-thinking charities, businesses, and networks that share our mission to enable personalised, trust-based ways of working. We are particularly looking for someone who can apply professional-level judgement to outreach strategy, relationship management, and communication processes.

• Apply proven partnership or business development experience to identify high-potential organisations and assess alignment with our values and programme.
• Use professional communication and stakeholder management skills to create effective outreach messages, build rapport, and represent our workstyle approach credibly.
• Bring structured processes, relationship-building experience, and insight to improve our outreach systems, tracking, and partnership strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and assess prospective partner organisations, using your professional experience to identify strong mission and values alignment.
• Develop tailored outreach messages drawing on your background in communications, stakeholder engagement, or business development.
• Lead outreach via email and LinkedIn, applying best practice for professional relationship-building.
• Track communications, follow-ups, and outcomes using simple CRM or tracking tools, and advise on improvements to our process.
• Share insights and recommendations based on conversations and trends, helping refine our strategic approach to partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Workstyle team to evolve our outreach materials and messaging using your expertise.

Skills And Experience (essential)
