The Sales Co-ordinator will be an integral member of a busy and vibrant sales department. We are looking for candidates that are ambitious, a good work ethic and looking to grow with a company. Main Duties Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service through in-person showroom visits and remotely. Process customer sales queries accurately and efficiently. Managing multiple enquiries through various stages of the sales process. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Review customer/architect specification and present design and cost proposals to the client. Sales Administration All work is delivered via inbound enquiries, repeat business and other activity – no cold calling involved. Skills and Knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong time management skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Ability to work both independently and to effectively collaborate within a team Excellent administration skills Highly organised A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar internal sales environment Strong customer service experience Excellent telephone manner Salary and Benefits £28-30K plus commission – should be approx. £3K in year one 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and birthday off Working hours – Mon-Thurs 8am – 5pm, Fri 8am – 4pm, 1 Saturday morning perm month (9-12), paid back as time in lieu Pension On site Parking Sick Pay Perk Box Benefits Other benefits TPBN1_UKTJ
