The Role

As a Press Brake Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brakes, carrying out all sheet metal folding activities, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently and to a high standard. You will work closely with management and supervision teams to maintain quality, improve processes, and support a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set, program, and operate CNC press brakes
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Produce components to specification, quality standards, and required quantities
  • Ensure production deadlines are achieved efficiently
  • Maintain high quality standards in line with company procedures
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Adhere to Health & Safety policies at all times
  • Identify and report inefficiencies, time overruns, or quality issues
