Your mission: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager (SPM) to lead the evolution of our product portfolio, driving alignment between business strategy and agile execution. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take a leading role in driving the tactical execution of our product initiatives. Your primary focus will be on delivering complex product features and enhancements that align with both customer needs and business goals. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless execution and successful delivery of high‑impact solutions. This is a fixed‑term position with an initial contract of 6 to 12 months.

What you'll do:

  • Own the product roadmap for your assigned area, balancing short‑term priorities with long‑term strategy.
  • Set a clear vision for teams, building trust and empowering cross‑functional collaboration to achieve larger goals.
  • Regularly integrate user feedback and business goals into prioritisation decisions, maintaining alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams through agile best practices, focusing on backlog management, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives.
  • Balancing immediate deliverables with long‑term objectives.
  • Strategically select and apply problem‑solving frameworks to solve complex challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive data‑informed decision‑making by analysing key product performance metrics.
  • Provide mentorship to junior product managers, guiding them through execution challenges.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, managing complex product initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business goals with product execution.
  • Strong backlog management to ensure agile teams are always focused on the highest‑value items.
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), with a track record of scaling processes across multiple teams and the ability to tailor processes to teams’ needs.
  • Expertise in release planning, ensuring features are delivered in manageable increments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform prioritisation and measure product success.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale, high‑impact product solutions, ideally in industries such as gaming, e‑commerce, or fintech.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that solve real user needs.
  • Ability to navigate complex decision‑making processes, balancing competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience managing relationships with third‑party suppliers and partners where necessary.
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior product managers in agile best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive cross‑functional agile teams.
  • Excellent communication to convey product vision and goals in an agile context.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise data into actionable insights.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in high‑transaction environments with complex user needs.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools to measure and optimise product performance.
  • Experience in B2B environments, managing partnerships and driving product alignment with key clients.
  • Strong track record in developing business cases for new product opportunities and expansion initiatives.
  • Experience ideally from FinTech, such as digital banking, payment gateways, PSPs, card networks, or online checkout systems.
  • Familiarity with payment flows, gateways, and transaction systems is required.
