As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you'll join our merry crew and help make this holiday season the best one yet! This Christmas, you'll be at the heart of creating magical shopping experiences. From helping customers find the perfect present to uncovering festive treats they didn't know they needed, you'll bring energy, enthusiasm and exceptional service to every interaction. You'll confidently welcome customers into the store, start conversations, understand who they're shopping for, and recommend gifts and products from our amazing Christmas ranges to help make their festive season extra special.

We have lots of deliveries and seasonal stock to manage. The role can be physically demanding and hard work - you'll need to be physically comfortable managing stairs and heavy stock, but our supportive team will be there to lend a helping hand!

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you'll be a Brand Ambassador for The Works, helping to create the magical Christmas shopping experience our customers love. Whether you're welcoming customers into store, helping them find the perfect gift, or recommending products they'll love, you'll represent our brand with pride in every interaction.

Your Festive Mission:

• Excite and Delight: Spread joy with your friendly service and inspire customers to read, learn, create, or play with our magical products!
• Loyalty Ambassador: Help customers to craft a Christmas well spent and know they can get more bang for their money at The Works.
• Merchandising Marvel: Follow our planograms for key product areas and let your creativity shine in non-planogrammed spaces.
• Deliveries: Manage heavy deliveries, price & label products, sort items onto shop floor displays, and keep the stockroom organised.
