The Works is looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will own all aspects of store operations, from people and performance to visuals, stock, safety and customer experience.
You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage rotas and payroll, and collaborate with Area Managers and central teams to implement initiatives and share feedback.
