We want someone who can think creatively, take an idea and run with it, challenge a brief when there’s a better way, and turn “we need something for this” into something people notice.
About us: We’re a creative agency in the North East with a portfolio spanning two decades, but we’re also much more – we’re a team of thinkers, makers and doers who care about our work, our clients and each other. We work for local and national brands across social housing, leisure, education, technology and more.
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years’ experience working in a creative capacity either in-house or in an agency
- Experience developing artwork and assets to be used as part of client campaigns
- A strong understanding of working across print and digital formats
- Ability to interpret client briefs and work within client brand guidelines and specifications across all channels
- Proficiency in Adobe suite – Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop are essential
- A strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to think critically about design decisions
What would be advantageous (but not strictly necessary):
- Motion graphics experience, bringing designs to life using After Effects
- Experience designing digital marketing assets including email templates
- The ability to cut video content using Premiere Pro
About you: You will be comfortable working as part of a team and communicating with the wider business; this is a fast-paced environment, communication is key!
