The Works is seeking an Information & Cyber Security Manager to lead our security programme, shaping strategy, governance, and risk management across the business. You will work with our Director of Technology Services to ensure secure, compliant operations and resilient systems while supporting innovation and growth.
You will build and manage a small internal team, partner with an outsourced SOC, and collaborate with Network Operations to embed security across our Coleshill-based centre.
