Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant – 6 hour contract.

Whilst we can’t promise a permanent role, many seasonal colleagues are offered permanent positions after the festive season.

Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant 🎅

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you’ll join our merry crew to make this holiday season the best one yet! You’ll be the heart of our store, welcoming customers with a friendly smile and inspiring them to read, learn, create, or play.

We have many deliveries and seasonal stock to manage. The role can be physically demanding – you’ll need to be comfortable handling stairs and heavy stock, but our supportive team will lend a hand.

Your Festive Mission

  • Excite and Delight – spread joy with friendly service and inspire customers to engage with our products.
  • Loyalty Ambassador – help customers craft a holiday well‑spent and show them how to get more bang for their money.
  • Merchandising Marvel – follow planograms for key product areas and use creativity in non‑planogrammed spaces.
  • Deliveries – manage heavy deliveries, price & label products, organise shop‑floor displays, and keep the stockroom tidy.
  • Have fun – be your best, authentic elf‑self and enjoy connecting with colleagues, customers, and our brand.
