Role and Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Assistant at The Works, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store by greeting customers and helping them find products that inspire reading, learning, creativity and play. You’ll be passionate about our brand and able to communicate recommendations that meet customer needs. Some colleagues may be active on social platforms, sharing in-store experiences.
Keyholder Responsibilities
If you’re over 18, you’ll join as a keyholder. You’ll support the Store Management team to open, close and run the store when needed (holidays, days off, sickness, etc.). Training will be provided for keyholding duties and there is an additional pay enhancement when holding keys. If you’re under 18, you won’t perform keyholding duties until you reach 18, at which point training will be provided.
