Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Assistant at The Works, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, greeting customers and helping them find products that inspire creativity and imagination. You’ll contribute to delivering a memorable shopping experience and encourage customers to return for more inspiration and products that meet their creative needs. You may also support store management with opening, closing and covering duties when needed, depending on your role and the store requirements.

Keyholder duties

If you’re over 18, you’ll join as a keyholder. Responsibilities include supporting Store Management to keep the store running smoothly by opening, closing, and covering duties during holidays, days off, or sickness. You’ll be trained for these duties and may earn additional keyholding pay.
