The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager for an 18 hour contract in the United Kingdom. You will support the Store Manager to lead a team, drive customer service excellence, oversee stock and merchandising, and step in during the Store Manager’s absence.

Your focus will be on creating a positive store environment and delivering strong store performance. You’ll coach colleagues, manage priorities, and uphold safety and loss-prevention procedures while modelling the brand’s values.
