The Junior People Data & Systems Analyst will play a vital role within the People Team, supporting the organisation’s efforts to optimise workforce data and provide actionable insights. The role works closely with the Lead People Data & Systems Analyst and interacts with stakeholders across the business.
Your Mission
- Data Management: extracting, cleansing, and preparing people data for analysis and reporting.
- Monthly and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders throughout the business, ensuring the data is accurate and reports are delivered on time.
- Data Analysis: highlighting key workforce metrics and trends to support decision-making.
- System Administration: ensuring data integrity within all people-related systems by routinely auditing and updating records as required.
- Respond to data-related enquiries and support stakeholders in the interpretation of reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security guidelines in all data handling and reporting activities.
Skills & Behaviours
- Familiarity with MS Office; proficient in Excel.
- Some experience with data extraction, cleansing or reporting (ideally in an HR function).
- Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection principles.
- Attention to detail and a thorough approach to data quality.
- Good communication skills; able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Highly organised; able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
