Location 1-2 days in our Support Centre per week. Some weeks will require more days on site during key parts of the program scope and implementation.

As ERP Change Manager, you will lead the change and adoption workstream within a complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation programme. Reporting to the Head of ERP Delivery, you will be accountable for ensuring the business is ready, engaged and able to successfully adopt new systems and ways of working. You will translate programme delivery into practical, people-focused change, embedding new behaviours and processes to ensure the ERP programme delivers sustained business impact and long-term value.

Your Mission

  • Design and execute the change framework for the ERP programme, ensuring a structured and effective approach to delivering business-wide transformation.
  • Partner with business leaders and workstream teams to land change effectively within their functions, ensuring clarity, ownership and alignment at every stage.
  • Define and embed business readiness frameworks, including change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and readiness criteria to support key stage gates such as UAT and Go Live.
  • Drive adoption and engagement, identifying areas of risk and resistance and working proactively with teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term behaviour change.
  • Develop and deliver a clear communications approach, working with Communications and Strategic Delivery teams to articulate the "what's in it for me" and ensure consistent messaging across the business.
  • Support the design of future ways of working, including SOPs, RACI and process design, partnering with Business Analysts and Workstream Leads to embed sustainable change.
  • Enable capability building, shaping the training strategy and working with programme teams to ensure colleagues are ready to operate effectively in the new environment, utilising Talent Development support where required and agreed.
