My client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing fintech scale-ups. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their high-performing sales team and are hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role offers clear and proven progression to Account Executive, with several SDRs successfully promoted within 9–12 months.
As an SDR, you will represent the company’s products and services with confidence and expertise, using detailed product knowledge and market research to clearly articulate how solutions meet customer needs. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing warm leads, and building long-term relationships with prospective clients across the Finance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Identify and qualify prospect needs, positioning relevant products and services
- Nurture warm leads and uncover new sales opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders within finance organisations
- Manage and maintain a strong pipeline, handing qualified opportunities to AEs
Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 3 years’ experience as an SDR / BDR
- Proven track record of exceeding lead or activity targets
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders
- Ambitious, coachable, and motivated by progression
