My client is Kents biggest Accountants and they have a role for a Receptionist Meeting and greeting clients and visitors at our Reception. Answering the switchboard and redirecting/responding to calls as required. Ensuring refreshments are provided, if required. Maintaining the Meeting Rooms diary. Ensuring meeting rooms are checked on a daily basis. Daily scanning of post to the legal teams. Recording of all hand deliveries. Booking couriers. Providing administrative support to Marketing Manager Photocopying Legal Documents/Plans/Confidential Material Internal delivery and collection of both internal and external mail to all offices and collation of outgoing post. You must be able to demonstrate: Excellent interpersonal skills Team player Flexibility Organised and ability to prioritise workload
