Very exciting role for one of London’s most famous fine dining groups. Looking for an EA to support the MD/CEO. You should have experience with food, wine or hospitality. The role is based in central London. Great benefits, especially if you like amazing food and wine!

Areas of Accountability:

  • Executive Office Management with Personal & Administrative Assistance to the Senior Directors
  • Responsible for the management of the Head Office, and for providing high quality, seamless personal and administrative support to the senior Directors to enable them to meet their operational needs and business objectives.
  • The role includes interaction and co-ordination with all staff across the business as well as external clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the highest levels of internal and external customer service throughout my areas of accountability
  • Deliver proactive, highly organised administrative support for the Senior Directors and other members of the Senior Team
  • Provide the directors with an effective and efficient executive service.
  • Proactively take full responsibility for the intricate calendar management of diaries, organising and planning meetings, ensuring any requirements for the preparation of documents are completed in time for the Directors
  • Responsible for the creation and development of all documentation ahead of Director, Senior Management and Team Meetings, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and presentation is maintained.
  • The principle point of contact for all internal and external director level enquiries, act as the 'gate keeper’ to ensure no unsolicited calls/emails/communications reach them
  • Organise and manage all travel arrangements, taxi and restaurant bookings for the Directors, and process any expenses
  • Undertake personal errands and support with personal private appointments when requested.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously on behalf of the Directors and follow up/highlight any issues in a timely manner.
  • Support HR when required, and take minutes at investigations and disciplinaries, and am the recruitment point of contact

You must have the following:

  • Graduate calibre or relevant office management and PA experience
  • Board Secretary experience
  • An advanced user of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Proven experience providing office management and executive level support at a Director level, preferably within the food, wine, or catering & hospitality industry.
  • Shows passion & enthusiasm for all things foodie and wine
  • Demonstrates an intellectual and professional style that supports the attainment of respect and credibility by others.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the accomplishment of work/objectives.
  • Is resilient; remains calm and deliberate under stressful situations.
  • The ability to be flexible over working hours, for example early starts and late finishes may be required at times for this role.
