My client is a global Enterprise Software Provider, developing a wide range of products that have a significant positive impact on society. They are looking for a Bid Manager to join their award-winning team. As a Bid Manager, you will lead and coordinate the preparation of compelling bids for a diverse range of innovative software solutions. Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Business Development Director, you will collaborate closely with Business Unit Directors and a team of subject matter experts. This role offers a dynamic environment where every day is different, providing variety and the chance to drive growth and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities will include:
- Bid Identification: Identify and manage new business opportunities. Research customer needs and market trends. Qualify opportunities to align with my client's goals. Monitor contract aggregators and procurement portals. Ensure search terms and CPV codes match my client's offerings.
- Capture Management: Develop and execute capture plans. Engage with potential customers early. Track contract aggregators and procurement portals. Lead bid strategy meetings. Develop winning bid strategies. Identify key points and create a value/benefits matrix.
- Storyboard Development: Create and manage proposal storyboards. Integrate key points and win themes. Ensure key messages are communicated.
