They are looking for Bid Manager to join their award-winning team.
As a Bid Manager, you will lead and coordinate the preparation of compelling bids for a diverse range of innovative software solutions. Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Business Development Director, you will collaborate closely with Business Unit Directors and a team of subject matter experts. The role will include ;
Bid Identification
– Identify and manage new business opportunities.
– Research customer needs and market trends.
– Qualify opportunities to align with my clients goals.
– Monitor contract aggregators and procurement portals.
– Ensure search terms and CPV codes match my clients offerings.
Capture Management
– Develop and execute capture plans.
– Engage with potential customers early.
– Track contract aggregators and procurement portals
Bid Strategy
– Lead bid strategy meetings.
– Develop winning bid strategies.
– Identify key points and create a value/benefits matrix.
Storyboard Development
– Create and manage proposal storyboards.
– Integrate key points and win themes.
– Facilitate solution workshops.
– Ensure key messages are communicated.
