Job summary The Senior LMS Administrator, a key member of the Learning Solutions department, is responsible for technical support, implementation, and optimization of the Trustβs digital learning platforms. This includes acting as the technical lead, supporting platform enhancements, and managing complex client implementations and migrations. The role supervises the LMS Administrator, acts as an escalation point, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure successful eLearning solutions delivery. These offerings improve healthcare compliance, enhancing patient safety and supporting our core mission. Key Skills Needed A technically skilled role requiring data literacy, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities. Daily Work No two days are alike; the role involves technical hands-on work, cross-team collaboration, and client interaction. It follows a hybrid model, combining remote work with in-office activities like workshops and planning sessions. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & System Administration Act as escalation point for technical issues. Support Moodle Workplace systems daily. Manage system integrations (SCORM, AICC, xAPI, etc.). Client Implementation & Project Management Lead client onboarding, configuration, and migration projects. Analyze client requirements and recommend LMS configurations. Conduct discovery workshops, training, and meetings. Leadership & Supervision Supervise and manage the LMS Administrator. Mentor and guide team members. Generate and analyze system reports. Monitor project delivery and flag risks early. Experience Required Strong knowledge of Moodle Workplace and/or Totara LMS, with a solid understanding of eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC).
