About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to welcome an experienced Framework Manager to support further business development, based within the Greater London region. This role will ideally be based out of our Dartford branch, but could also be based out of our Bracknell branch.
The Framework Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening Selwood’s strategic relationship with our water company partners. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality service and supports the growth and profitability of Selwood within this key framework, by ensuring your branches meet or better still exceed their plans, objectives and continue the planned growth in your area. You’ll maintain & strengthen Selwood’s strategic position by developing & maintaining strong working relationships and maximise awareness of Selwood products, services, and capabilities within the relevant water framework. Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Framework Clients to enhance awareness of Selwood products and services.
- Engage with key departments within Water Framework Partner such as Procurement, Health & Safety, Sustainability & Environmental, and project leads within Clean & Wastewater sectors.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with Tier 1, 2 & 3 contractors involved in the Water Framework Partners' AMP (Asset Management Plan) delivery.
- Maximise company revenue with the support of Regional Account Managers & Solutions teams, proactively seek out what projects are ongoing and planned in the future, produce a project pipeline, and share internally and keep key stakeholders updated with changes.
- Ensure planning and customer visits are carried out efficiently and cost effectively through effective time management and prioritisation of workload.
- Build case study profiles where applicable, collaborating with marketing to ensure we plan and capture the delivery of specialist and high-profile projects that demonstrate added value.
- As the framework ambassador, ensure all company key stakeholders are aware of and adhere to the framework policy, procedures, and work practices, by means of clear communications offering knowledge sharing and mentoring, keeping stakeholders up to date.
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience and proven track record in managing frameworks and/or client relationships preferably within the UK water, rental or utility industry.
- Experience working in the water industry with a strong understanding of the language used within the Water Companies.
- You will need a strong background in business management, be able to lead by example, demonstrating effective behaviours and providing clear direction whilst promoting and developing an excellent team spirit as well as delivering an outstanding quality of service.
- This role is customer facing so you will need to be a strong communicator and be able to facilitate and organise the most suitable people into the required conversations/meetings.
- With your professional and confident approach, you’ll have the ability to form effective relationships with people at all levels.
- Full UK Driving Licence with 6 or less points is required for this role.
