We are growing our Installations Team to meet the needs of our expanding business.

About The Role

Based at our Chandlers Ford branch, the role will predominately be based on customer sites with occasional visits to the branch and other UK branches. As an Installation Supervisor you will lead by example and have the responsibility and authority to oversee all direct and indirect workers on site, including third parties employed by Selwood. A positive attitude, flexibility and integrity are essential. On site you will ensure RAMS are briefed and adhered to by your team and check that equipment quality is fit for purpose before installation begins. Health maintain fitness to perform day-to-day tasks and uphold on-site safety.

Essential Qualifications may require staying away from home:

  • Current Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points.
  • Willing and able to work at heights, in confined spaces, lone working and with sewage.

Preferred:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site Supervision (advantageous).
  • SSSTS - Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme.
  • IOSH Managing Safety.
  • Forklift licence (advantageous).
  • CSCS Gold Card (advantageous).
  • National Water Hygiene Card (advantageous).
  • Experience in hire or water-related industry (not essential).
