Outbound Sales Executive β Β£23,809 basic per annum; OTE β Β£35,000 per annum We are pleased to be working with a friendly and established company based in Romsey which is looking for an Outbound Sales Executive. This role is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity. Duties for the Outbound Sales Executive: β’ Make outbound calls to existing and new customers offering product sales and services β’ Maximise every sales opportunity through direct sales, cross selling and up selling β’ Build long term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business β’ Attend regular sales and product meetings to help maximise earning potential β’ Deliver a world class service to ensure repeat sales by following the sales process Competencies of the Outbound Sales Executive: β’ Previous sales experience would be an advantage β’ Target and results driven and able to close a sale plus objection handling skills β’ Confident and able to communicate effectively β’ Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills β’ Good IT skills including use of e-mail and Microsoft products β’ Work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote a positive team spirit β’ A-C Grade in English GCSE The Outbound Sales Executive role offers Β£23,809 per annum OTE β Β£35,000 + per annum and our client offers career progression and extensive on-going training and development opportunities. As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will work Monday β Friday between 09:30 and 18:00, with early finishes (16:00) on Fridayβs depending on team targets.
