CRM & Campaign Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a sharp, data driven marketeer to take ownership of their CRM and campaign strategy. This is a pivotal role within a growing B2B focused team, where your work will directly shape both the speed and direction of the business\’ growth. What you’ll do as CRM & Campaign Marketing Manager

  • Plan and deliver multi‑channel CRM campaigns, building automated workflows and nurture sequences that support the full customer journey.
  • Measure the impact of activity, creating dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights.
  • Manage segmentation, lead scoring and pipeline visibility to align sales and marketing.
  • Work across divisions to keep CRM data accurate, connected, and easy to use.
  • Run A/B testing on messaging, timing, and creative to drive performance.
  • Maintain data quality through regular cleansing and enrichment.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold data protection standards.
  • Support HubSpot integration and help improve system connectivity.

What you need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in email marketing or a broader marketing role.
  • Strong skills in marketing automation (HubSpot knowledge preferred).
  • Experience building workflows, A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability, best practice, and GDPR compliance.
  • Clear communicator and team player who thrives in collaboration.

Desirable

  • Bachelor\’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

What is on offer

  • Permanent role, 40 hours per week.
  • 30 days’ paid holiday (including bank holidays).
