Lead paid media strategy and execution for a new alcohol reduction platform targeting health and wellness audiences
We are a newly launched UK-based alcohol reduction platform, offering a personalised and stigma-free approach to cutting back on alcohol. Backed by behavioural science and powered by real support, we are on a mission to change the way people engage with alcohol reduction.
The Role:
We’re looking for a freelance performance marketing specialist to lead a high-impact paid media campaign ahead of our consumer PR push later in the year. This is a hands-on role that spans media planning, asset coordination, buying, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define a clear paid media strategy aligned with NUL’s goals and target audiences
- Collaborate with a designer and copywriter to shape effective ad creative and messaging
- Identify optimal platforms, placements and specifications for high-intent users
- Buy and manage paid media inventory (across Meta, Google, or other relevant platforms)
- Monitor performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and adjust the plan as needed
Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven track record in performance marketing for consumer-facing brands (ideally in health, wellness, or lifestyle)
- Hands-on experience planning and buying media across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
- Ability to brief and collaborate with creative talent to produce compelling assets
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimising for ROI and high-intent engagement
