Job Description
Position Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team. You'll craft innovative cocktails, provide outstanding service, and create memorable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixology Mastery: Create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure they have a great time at the bar.
- Beverage Program Support: Help develop our drinks menu with new and exciting cocktails and promotions.
- Bar Operations: Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked while following all safety and licensing rules.
- Upselling: Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Team Collaboration: collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service.
Hours per week: 45
Qualifications
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hands on and proactive approach
