Situated in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, The Woodsman Restaurant offers a traditional approach to contemporary British cooking in comfortable and convivial surroundings. We work with the seasons and source our ingredients from the bountiful English countryside as sustainably as possible. We love using wild food, and harvest much of it ourselves. All the meat on our menus is ‘nose to tail’ so the menu is ever changing, and we waste nothing.
The Role: Are you ready to join our dynamic team as a casual Kitchen Porter? We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to our kitchen operations at Castlebridge Hospitality. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our back of house areas are clean and up to Health & Safety standards. You will also support our Chefs with food preparation and gain valuable experience in a professional kitchen environment. This is your chance to be part of a talented and dedicated team, working with the best ingredients to deliver an excellent guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. You should be able to work well on your own or as part of a team and have great interpersonal skills. The kitchen can be fast-paced and challenging, so the ability to stay calm under pressure is key. Your attention to detail and presentation standards will directly contribute to our guests' experience.
