We work with the seasons and source our ingredients from the bountiful English countryside as sustainably as possible. We love using wild food, and harvest much of it ourselves. All the meat on our menus is ‘nose to tail’ so the menu is ever changing, and we waste nothing.
The Role: Are you ready to join our dynamic team as a casual Kitchen Porter? We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to our kitchen operations at Castlebridge Hospitality. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our back of house areas are clean and up to Health & Safety standards. You will also support our Chefs with food preparation and gain valuable experience in a professional kitchen environment. The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking someone with a positive, can-do attitude to help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
