The Vacancy
The Woodhouse Partnership Ltd (Woodhouse) a member of the RSK Group, provides leading-edge expertise in the optimal management of physical assets and infrastructure for many industry sectors, with operating business units in UK, North America, South America, and Australasia.
We are now hiring for an Office Manager to join the team ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of The Woodhouse Partnership’s office and internal operations. This role supports the team by managing facilities, systems, and administrative processes, with a strong emphasis on practical experience, initiative, and people skills
This is a Hybrid position with home and office working from the Head Office in Kingsclere.
We are open to Full Time and Part Time applicants. Please state your preference at application.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage access, phones, post, and meeting room scheduling Manage online data sources and files held for the business, providing file management and access privileges to users.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (SHEQ), including quarterly inspections and PPM record
- Coordinate cleaning, confidential waste, and minor renovation
- Support onboarding and offboarding of staff and consultants
- Maintain training records and liaise with RSK HR and Learning Pool
- Assist with recruitment logistics and internal communications
- Manage policy templates, document control, and annual reviews
- Act as administrator for internal platforms including CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com), SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
- Maintain GDPR compliance across internal systems
- Manage login credentials and access permissions
- Support the wider team in using CRM tools to track leads, projects, and contacts
- Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and publications
- Support internal scheduling and coordination
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team
Person Specification
- Experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles
- Comfortable managing vendors, facilities, and internal systems
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Experience in a small business or consultancy environment is desirable
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Health & Safety awareness — IOSH Managing Safely certification is a desirable.
