We're seeking a Chef de Partie to join our growing team as we refine our offering and continue to evolve, with huge ambitions for the future.
About The Woodcote Set in the heart of the South Down's National Park, The Woodcote is built on quiet confidence - thoughtful food, respectful technique, and a genuine connection to the land and our guests.
Our kitchen - led by Chef Matt Gillan - works closely with local producers and growers to create menus that move with the seasons and celebrate detail.
The Role As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, contributing to the smooth running of service and the development of our menus.
