The Woodberry Practice in Enfield is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our friendly primary care team. This is a face-to-face, practice-based role working directly with patients and alongside our GPs, pharmacy team and wider multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will lead medicines optimisation, conduct structured reviews, and support safe prescribing. EMIS experience and GP surgery background are essential, with strong communication and organisational skills.
