We are proud to be the world’s largest and most experienced flower delivery network. Every day, people trust us to deliver their best wishes and sentiments on their behalf. But it’s not just about being the largest - we pride ourselves on being the most personable too. As a business, we are driven by our Purpose, ‘to make beautiful things happen’ – it’s what drives us every day. We strive to be trusted, personal and special and each and every one of our colleagues contributes to that.

We have a very flexible approach to hybrid working, where our colleagues are trusted to choose how they manage their time and to decide where and how they work – just as long as they come to the office in Sleaford to collaborate and connect with each other on a weekly basis (although many colleagues choose to be in the office much more often than that). Our colleagues tell us that they love working here and that we have a real ‘family feel’ that makes us a unique and great place to work.

Our Marketing team are looking for a well-rounded marketer who combines strong brand fundamentals with a sharp commercial mindset. You’ll understand how to build meaningful, consistent brand campaigns, while ensuring all activity is aligned to clear objectives and delivers measurable impact. You’ll take the lead on media strategy and delivery through agency partners, bringing a data-led approach to planning, optimisation and decision-making. While not hands-on in platforms day-to-day, you’ll be confident challenging performance, interpreting results and ensuring multi-million pound budgets are invested effectively across paid social and wider media channels. Alongside media, this role offers real breadth—leading cross-channel marketing projects and initiatives that stretch across the full marketing mix. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the blend of strategy and execution, and who thrives on bringing ideas to life while continuously testing, learning and improving results.

In order to perform well in the role, we would expect you to have:

  • Extensive and demonstrable marketing experience, with a sustained period focussing on media and advertising
  • Ideally CIM / IDM / Mini masters in Marketing
  • Experience managing multi million pound media campaigns and activity with a strong knowledge of all online and offline channels, in particular the paid social advertising and the main platforms
  • Experience working in a heavy testing culture with a constant drive to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • A strong understanding and recognition of how brands grow and an understanding of how to balance brand building with performance through advertising
  • Exceptional attention to detail and experience managing large budgets day to day
  • Skills in third-party agency management
