We burst onto the restaurant scene in 1997, when we shook up London and showed the UK a new way of eating. Part of this was the 'kaiten' conveyor belt and colour-coded dishes which made our name. We're all about fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japanese food. Sushi is what we're famous for, but we also have a mouth-watering range of hot street food available - from traditional classics to innovative fusion dishes. All packed with rich, aromatic flavours and umami. Today, we have over 70 restaurants worldwide, more than 300 kiosks in the UK, with grocery products and pre-packaged sushi in most major UK supermarkets.

- You will manage inventory to track stock levels and minimize waste.

- You will have strong knowledge of product specifications to deliver our menu to high standards.
- You will be able to roll sushi, work the pass, operate the hot section, prepare raw products, and maintain cleanliness and safety following Food Safety protocols and the Trail app.
- You will be a team player, supporting your colleagues in running a great YO! restaurant.
- You will stay informed about company updates via YO! 360, team meetings, and briefs.
- You will work collaboratively to deliver an exceptional guest experience each shift.
- You will contribute to the success and profitability of your restaurant.
- You will keep accurate records of deliveries, wastage, and temperature checks daily.
- You will complete cleaning tasks promptly as per the Trail app instructions.
