Contract: Part Time, Hours: 8 per week, Salary: £13.71 per hour
Founded in 1997, we pioneered modern Japanese dining in the UK with conveyor belt sushi and colour‑coded dishes. Today we operate over 70 restaurants worldwide, more than 300 kiosks in the UK, and offer fresh, flavoursome Japanese food to customers everywhere.

What you will be doing:
- Support the All Store Manager & Deputy Manager with daily operation of the restaurant, and when necessary lead a whole shift in the absence of a Manager, overseeing food preparation and service standards.
- Ensure the budget is hit through managing labour cost, food cost and gross sales to achieve profit across the board.
- Lead consistent standards and support your Manager to analyse profit performance.
- Constantly drive standards and hospitality, leading and זיכער challenging Squad Members to achieve the highest levels of service.
- Know and understand what it means to deliver amazing guest service and thrive on exceeding Guests expectations.
- Work closely with the ASM to assess the skills and knowledge gaps within your squad.
- Support Squad Member training, providing constructive feedback and reinforcing successful performance.
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment as a safety‑minded leader, reporting any food and safety issues and deficiencies in the restaurant.
- Support and cover an emergency shift when necessary.
