Supply Chain Administrator at The Wonderfield Group (Taiko). Contract: Full Time. Salary: £27,000 – £30,000. Contracted hours: 40. Based in Acton, London, England, United Kingdom.
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. You’ll work closely with the warehouse, procurement, and suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained and deliveries arrive on time. This is a hands-on, administrative role that requires strong Excel skills and the ability to manage data effectively. No prior supply chain experience is required. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain accurate stock data in our systems to ensure inventory levels are up to date.
- Assist in calculating and forecasting future stock requirements based on sales trends and current stock levels.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely placement and follow-up on statuses.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor incoming stock and deliveries; resolve stock discrepancies or delivery issues.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, track deliveries, and address potential delays or issues.
- Support regular reporting on stock levels, supplier performance, and delivery schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team, including maintaining records and filing.
