Key Responsibilities Record accurate inventory records using Excel spreadsheets along with BBD dates/quantities available in the Production/Warehouse locations. Record any stock items damaged or nearing their expiry. Ensure proper storage and labelling of products are done by the production team. Follow FIFO principles (especially for perishable or dated items). Complete inventory reports for management (usage, variances, expired items). Submit the report on the online team’s folder before the end of shift. Manage damaged, expired, or obsolete stock. Prevent loss, theft, or misplacement of stock. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Work closely with the Inventory Controller, warehouse, production, and labelling teams. What you’ll need Attention to detail. Basic math and analytical skills. Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook, and email. Organization and time management. Ability to work under pressure and in a production facility ambient. Ensure proper storage conditions, labelling, and hygiene standards.
