The Wonderfield Group is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead the YO! Kitchen at the Southampton West Quay site. You will be responsible for the entire operation of the kitchen, ensuring safety, quality and guest satisfaction in line with YO! standards.
You will inspire a team, manage food costs, and maintain high-energy shifts while preparing sushi and kitchen duties. A passion for authentic Japanese cuisine and proven leadership in fast-paced environments is ideal.
