Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record in engineering management within food manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-shift teams and contractors.
  • Excellent knowledge of maintenance systems, Lean principles, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Confident managing budgets, delivering CAPEX projects, and influencing at senior level.
  • Electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or above) and relevant H.
