We’re Panku! A group of food lovers with one common passion to create freshly made, delicious rice & noodle bowls, sizzling street food and hand-rolled sushi for everyone to enjoy. Panku brings together all the flavours of East and Southeast Asia to one place. From umami Japanese or punchy Korean to the aromatic fresh flavours of Thailand and Vietnam, Panku has it all to feast on.

We’ll teach you what it means to master our menus and run your Kiosk like it’s your own business. You will drive performance across sales, labour and food cost controls, always looking for opportunities to deliver on your business targets. You'll inspire, engage and coach your Team, empowering them to follow your lead and deliver sensational service, sushi and everything in between. You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a fast-paced environment. You will be ensuring daily records of delivery, wastage and temperature checks are completed and recorded accurately.

You will have full autonomy to run your kiosk as if you 'Own it', giving you full responsibility for P&L, Labour and Sales. You will 'Care about' your team, developing and supporting them to achieve results and encourage their personal growth. Responsibilities
- Drive performance across sales, labour and food cost controls, always looking for opportunities to deliver on business targets.
- Inspire, engage and coach your team, empowering them to follow your lead and deliver sensational service, sushi and everything in between.
- Be highly attentive to detail and deliver consistent standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure daily records of delivery, wastage and temperature checks are completed and recorded accurately.
- Lead the kiosk as if it were your own business, with responsibility for P&L, labour and sales.
