As team leader, you will play a key part in supporting the site manager with the day to day operation of your Good Eats business, including:
- Driving sales and maximising opportunities through customer interaction and engagement.
- Hiring, kiosk operations and food safety.
- Managing stock and ordering to ensure you and the team hit production and waste targets.
- Ensuring budget is hit by managing labour and food costs as well as gross sales to achieve profit.
- Leading consistent standards and analysing profit performance.
- Driving standards and leading the team to achieve high levels of customer service.
- Creating an engaged team with a culture of teamwork and support.
- Working closely with the manager to assess teams skills and knowledge gaps to help build and maintain a high performing team.
- Training team in a supportive and motivating manner providing constructive feedback.
- Driving systems through coaching and spot checking and being a role model.
