The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. We are seeking a specialist in Franchise Marketing and Lead Generation to drive the recruitment of high-quality franchise partners within the food sector. This role focuses on creating and executing targeted marketing strategies to attract, engage, screen, and convert prospective franchisees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of franchising models and franchise recruitment funnels, with proven experience in headhunting high-quality leads across multiple marketing channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead digital franchise campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, portals)
- Develop marketing content, pitch decks, and recruitment materials
- Build relationships with franchise brokers and networks
- Travel to key locations to deliver targeted strategies
- Track, analyse, and optimise lead generation and conversion
You'll Need
- Experience in franchise marketing, recruitment, or lead generation
- Knowledge of franchising models and franchisee psychology
- Skills in performance marketing, CRM, and franchise portals
- Ability to travel across the UK & Republic of Ireland
- Experience in food, hospitality, or retail franchising is a plus
